At Garbatela Properties, we have been striving to provide newly renovated rental properties since 1998. Our properties are fully equipped with appliances and are located in the West End area of Richmond under the jurisdiction of Henrico County. 

In our tenants, we look for responsible individuals that want to live in a quiet, safe, and affordable area, conveniently located in the heart of West End 15-minutes away from VCU/Downtown, and 10-minutes away from Short Pump.
